ISLAMABAD:
Arshad Khan, popularly known as ‘Arshad Chaiwala’, approached the Islamabad High Court (IHC), seeking the renewal of his passport. He completed his biometric verification ahead of filing a constitutional petition.
His counsel Umar Ijaz said Khan’s CNIC had already been restored, yet the authorities had failed to renew his passport.
